How does it work?
Contact us to schedule a free virtual consultation. We will meet with you at a time that is convenient for you to help assess how we can assist you and/or your business. We will then schedule to begin the services and determine what supplies are needed to complete the tasks. Invoices will be sent at the end of the task or the end of the month, if it's an ongoing task.
What is the minimum/maximum commitment?
Services are billed for a minimum of 2-hours on each date of service for single projects. If the task takes more than two hour, we round to 15-minute increments. There is no maximum commitment. If service runs outside of the designated business hours, exceed 8 consecutive hours or takes place on a weekend/holiday, the time is subject to a surcharge.
Can we meet in the evening or on the weekend for the initial consultation?
Absolutely! We understand you are probably at work during the week and/or during the day. We will virtually meet for your consultation at a time that is convenient for both of us.
I'm nervous about providing my password & access to my clients' & my information.
This is a very understandable concern. We assure you that the security and safety of your information is one of our top concerns. Plus, let's face it, Kristi didn't leave a good corporate job & start this company to risk having it fail.
Do you offer any discounts?
Sorry but we cannot offer any discounts. Occasionally, we may offer promotional specials. Our services ensure you're getting your money's worth in the form of time savings, proven results & peace of mind knowing we've taken care of you to the best of our abilities.
What if I need services that aren't listed?
If there's something you need and don't see it on the website, just ask. If it's legal, ethical and covered by our insurance, we will happily consider helping.
How do I ask for help?

Do you sell gift certificates?
We love the idea of giving someone the gift of time. Unfortunately, history has shown that our gift certificates are typically not cashed. Unless someone is familiar with our services, they usually don't know how to use the certificate. We don't want to see you waste your resources, so we strongly discourage the purchase of gift certificates (unless specifically requested as part of a gift registry).
