How does it work?
Contact us to schedule a free consultation. We will meet with you at a time that is convenient for you to help assess how we can assist you and/or your family. We will then schedule to begin the services, determine what supplies are needed to complete the tasks and make arrangements for access to the property, if needed. Invoices will be send at the end of the task or the end of the month if it's an ongoing task.
What is the minimum/maximum commitment?
Services are billed for a minimum of 1-hour on each date of service. If the task takes more than an hour, we round to 15-minute increments. There is no maximum commitment. If service runs outside of the designated business hours or takes place on a weekend/holiday, the time is subject to a surcharge. The only exception is pet sitting services, which are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Can we meet in the evening or on the weekend for the initial consultation?
Absolutely! We understand you are probably at work during the week and/or during the day. We will meet for your consultation at a time that is convenient for you.
Do I need to be home when the tasks are completed?
Most of our clients are at work while we're helping them or their family. You can provide the garage code or a copy of your house key. Your access information will be kept in a secured location when we're not helping you out.
I'm worried about letting people in my house when I'm not there.
This is a very understandable concern. We assure you that the security and safety of your home is one of our top concerns. Plus, let's face it. Kristi didn't leave a good job to risk the company getting a bad reputation. We will take care of your home and/or belongings as though they're our own.
Do you offer any discounts?
Sorry but we cannot offer any discounts. Our services ensure you are getting your money's worth.
I live in a different area, can you connect me to a concierge in my area?
We have found an amazing network of concierges across the globe. If you need help finding a concierge in your area, just ask. We're happy to ask around to see if we can connect you to someone a bit more local.
What if I need services that aren't listed?
If there's something you need but don't see it on the website, just ask. If it's legal, ethical and covered by our insurance, we will consider helping.
